Therapy for Reconnection, Regulation, and Resilience

Life can feel overwhelming, uncertain, and even unrecognizable at times. Whether you're navigating a recent loss, trauma, relationship change, or the slow erosion of your energy and hope, therapy can help you find your way back to a grounded and fulfilling life.

My work is centered on helping adults reconnect with their values, regulate their nervous systems, and move forward with greater clarity and emotional flexibility.

My Philosophy

I believe healing begins in the body. Many of us were taught to think our way out of pain—ignoring the subtle and powerful signals of emotion, stress, and trauma that live in our nervous systems. My therapeutic approach honors both the emotional and physiological roots of suffering by integrating somatic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), parts work, and Brainspotting.

These approaches work together to help you access and process deeper emotional material without becoming overwhelmed. Whether you're struggling with trauma, emotional regulation, or disconnection from your values, we’ll use tools that engage the body and the mind—supporting lasting change from the inside out.

This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been pushed aside by stress, pain, or trauma, and finding new ways to move forward with clarity, compassion, and choice.

What Virtual Therapy Looks Like

Our work together will be collaborative, experiential, and oriented toward helping you create meaningful change. In each session, we’ll slow down enough to listen to your body and inner experience—not just your thoughts—so that we can work at the pace of real, integrated healing.

Depending on your needs and goals, therapy may involve:

  • Grounding and body-based practices to support nervous system regulation

  • Mindfulness and values clarification tools

  • Working with inner conflicts, parts of self, or trauma memories

  • Concrete skills for building resilience, emotional agility, and focus

Therapy can be short-term and focused, or longer-term and exploratory. We'll design a plan together that meets your needs and honors your readiness.

Who I work with

I support individual adults (age 20 and older) who are ready to engage in deep, meaningful change. Many of my clients are navigating:

  • The long-term effects of trauma or chronic stress

  • The quiet exhaustion of high-functioning anxiety or perfectionism

  • A desire to live with more authenticity, connection, and presence

You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. If you’re willing to be curious and present with your experience, that’s enough to start.

Getting Started

I offer virtual sessions using HIPAA-compliant software for adults located in Arizona. The process begins with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit and to answer your questions about the process.
